As if I need another hobby...
...but this is what I made last night. I love to have pretty things dangling from the spines of my Bind-It-All-projects, and I took out my beads and stuff to make a few of those yesterday. And then I put a few of them together and made this bracelet. Definitely addictive. Now I need to make a matching necklace too, right?

Pink and clouds...
I've been busy painting for a couple of evenings. Yesterday, I painted all the clouds on the pink wall, and today I did the damask pattern and the words underneath. And it turned out just great! The electrician is coming to morrow, and then I have a floor to paint (black and white checked), and after that we're almost ready to let the princess move into her new room. And then Albin has requested a wall full of stars in his room, and of course, he's going to get it :D

Santa's coming!
Finally, I had some time to scrap! Yesterday I finished up a couple of GDT-layouts, a Bind-It-All project and this layout, with some PPs and stuff from the Nook December kit (I haven't got the January kit yet, but it's supposed to be fabulous!).
The photos are from Christmas Eve, when Santa came visiting. The kids were thrilled, of course, and not even a bit scared. But poor grandpa missed out on Santa's visit, as usual... LOL!

I found the inspiration for the border around the circle at Leah's blog, with this wonderful layout. And seing that one, the more reason there is to look forward to the January kit♥!

Merry Christmas!
Tomorrow's Christmas Eve, and finally, all preparations are done. I haven't had a moment to scrap something just for myself in ages, so that's going to be the first thing I do when I have a moment to myself. We've celebrated a little here already tonight, and earlier this evening, I had one of Santa's little elves helping me putting the presents under the tree. The little elf later turned into a Lightning McQueen mechanic in his brand new pajamas, and DD has transfered from an elf into a fairy into a princess into Pippi Longstocking, and then she ended up a gymnastics queen in her new Hello Kitty gym outfit, complete with Pippi wig, fairy wings and Tinkerbell earrings... She's hilarious, that little one.
So, I'd like to wish you all happy holidays, and hopefully I'll have some scrappy stuff to show in a little while.

Laura's sketch 15, and another totally unexpected thing...
Did you know we had an earthquake this morning? That is so totally unexpected, we don't get those here. Not in safe old quiet Scandinavia, we just don't! At least, that's what I thought until this morning, when the house started shaking, and the glasses in the cupboard started rattling, and the fan in the livingroom ceiling started rotating all by itself. Luckily, there was no damage here, and noone was hurt, so I see it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Kind of exciting, actually. And so unexpected...
Last week I had to have a little break from my usual monday routine. There was no time for cardmaking, just work, work, work. It always gets a little crazy this time of year, when there aren't many days left of the term, but still papers to grade and students you have to chase to get assignments handed in. But we're all done with that now, and Friday is the last day of school before the Christmas holidays. I'm spending a great deal of this week crafting with a group of students, and they are so creative! At times like these, I really love my job. Well, I love my job all the time, just a little bit more this week.
So, I did make a card for Laura's sketch over at 2 sketches this week. I suddenly realized that I was in a hurry to get the remaining Christmas cards done, so I managed to make a whole bunch of them last night. The Nook December kit came in really handy.
I'll be back with more cards shortly...

Kortskissen 37
This card is made from this weeks sketch at Kortskissen. It's a really simple and quick one, if you don't count the time it took me editing the photos of the kids. The papers are from the Nook December kit.

Totally unexpected...
The cybercrop at Allt om scrap ended Sunday night, and I managed to get four entries in. And guess what? I won three of those four challenges... That's totally unexpected! I really have a hard time believing it. And I'm thrilled of course. All Albin had to say about it was: "That's great mum, now you won't have buy any scrapbookingstuff for a long time!" And he's right, I probably won't
I won with this layout - most of the stuff is from the December Nook kit.
And I won with this little thingy, an old wooden box that I've painted white and put a couple of red doors on.Inside is the whole family, with paper pieced outfits (yeah, I know, my head is huge compared to the rest of them... LOL)

A little something for Agnes' room
Agnes' room is soon to be finished (I hope), and when it's done, this is going to hang on her wall. I made this one for a Challenge at Allt Om Scrap's cybercrop, where you were supposed to be inspired by something from Indiska's website. I was inspired by the little shelf that is the first thing you se when you enter the site, with different compartments with beautiful things in them. So this is what I made. The base is a three-compartment cardboard photo frame that I bought at a sale at Panduro earlier this year. I've made more compartments and filled them up with photos and pretty things that I've been keeping in my stash for a while. I've also used some papers from the Making Memories Rouge Paperie line, and a lot of white acrylic paint, Glimmer Mist and silver Stickles, so this thing really sparkles IRL.

Bind-It-All Christmas Cards!
The Bind-It-All is just great for making cards! I've made these small clear cards by binding sheet of acrylig to a piece of cardstock. I've used the Slice, of course, and the fab stamps from Stempelglede, that I can't seem to manage without nowadays...
And now is really the right time to go and check out the Bind-It-All blog. Not only have the girls posted some fabulous projects there, but they also have a great GIVEAWAY that you simply can't miss out on. At least not if you want to get hold of some cover alls...

Laura's sketch 14
No difference from my ordinary Monday ritual today... the usual 2 sketches 4 you card! The papers are from the fabulous Nook December kit. I've used my new Fiskars Treading Water punch for the scalloped border, and of course, the Slice...
